After Service Policy:

1. Products sold by Advantek within 1 year (begins on the date of purchase by the customer) will be free of charge for maintenance.

2. This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:
a. Improper maintenance or modification;
b. Software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by MVTEAM;
c. Unauthorized modification or misuse.
d. Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God.
e.  Damage of the appearance of the products.
f.  Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair.

OEM / ODM Policy:

1. We provide OEM and ODM service for all our customers. In the meantime, we also sell products without logos and labels. Quality standards and approvals are in accordance to buyers’ requests, and OEM/ ODM products will meet the standard of FCC, CE, RoHS approval without any compromise.

2. Minimum order quantity for OEM service: MOQ differs according to different products you buy. If customers want to get OEM service without the quantity meeting our MOQ standard, additional fee will be collected. For detailed information, please contact our marketing department.

3. Minimum order quantity for ODM service: Different model of different products’ MOQ differs a lot. We will collect additional charge based on customer’s requirement if customer’s quantity is less than MOQ. Please contact our sales department for detailed information.
