Monofilament filter cloth use PP, polyester fiber, nylon and other 66 monofilament materials, woven with imported Dornier Rapier Loom or gripper loom. Through hot melt and press polish, the surface of product is smooth and flat, with strong air and water permeability, firm and durable, easy for removal, long service life, and other features, to ensure the performance of easy peeling of filter cake and very easy regeneration. It is applicable to filter press, filter leaf, and other continuously operating filter equipments, applied to ore selection, starch, edible oil, pottery, coal washing, nonferrous metallurgy, steel &ion and other sector.

The company has successfully developed various monofilament and multifilament filter cloth with double-layer weaving method, according to requirement for monofilament filter fabrics of different customers.

1 it is woven with single-filament synthetic fiber, with strong strength, not easy to be blocked, and free from yarn break.

2 the surface is treated with heat formation, with high stability, not easy for distortion, and uniform apertures.

3 the monofilament filter fabric treated with hot melt and press polish on surface has bright and smooth surface, is easy for filter cake to be peeled off, and filter fabric is easy for cleaning and regeneration.
